Yes. Our chicken sausage uses halal-certified chicken sourced from a local farm.
No. Look Isaan sausages are naturally fermented, low sodium, with no MSG, preservatives, or artificial flavors, and are gluten-free.
The pork sausage is 72% antibiotic-free local pork, and the halal chicken sausage is 73% local chicken — the remainder is community-sourced ingredients including organic garlic, salt, and sticky rice from small Thai producers. Each pack is 300g.
Sausages are available chilled or frozen — keep refrigerated or frozen until you're ready to cook. Pan-fry, grill, or air-fry/oven-bake at around 180°C until golden and cooked through.
